Students participate in activities such as rugby, football, athletics, netball, health related exercise, basketball, cricket, rounders, swimming and gymnastics to help them understand individual sporting capabilities and limitations, as well as to encourage them to develop a positive attitude towards exercise, fair play and team spirit.
